This Refund Policy applies to all individual course purchases, subscription services, and corporate training programs offered through the EduFlex Academy platform. Please read this policy carefully before making a purchase, as your enrollment constitutes acceptance of these terms.
2. Individual Course Refunds
For individual course purchases, we offer a 30-day money-back guarantee, subject to the following conditions:

To be eligible for a full refund on an individual course purchase, you must:
- Request the refund within 30 calendar days of your original purchase date
- Have completed less than 30% of the total course content (measured by video watch time, lesson completion, and quiz attempts)
- Not have downloaded more than 30% of the downloadable course materials
- Not have received a certificate of completion for the course
- Not have previously received a refund for the same course

2.2 Refund Calculation
If you meet all eligibility requirements, you will receive:
- Full Refund (100%): If the request is made within 30 days and less than 30% of content has been consumed
- No Refund: If more than 30% of the course has been completed, or the request is made after 30 days from purchase

2.4 Processing Time
Once your refund request is approved:

3. Subscription Services Refunds
EduFlex Academy may offer subscription-based access to our course library or specialized learning paths. Subscription refund terms differ from individual course purchases.
3.1 Subscription Cancellation
- You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings
- Cancellations will take effect at the end of your current billing period
- You will retain access to subscription content until the end of the paid period
- No partial refunds are provided for unused time within a billing period
3.2 New Subscription Refund
If you are a new subscriber (first-time subscription to EduFlex Academy), you may request a full refund within 7 days of your initial subscription purchase if:
- You have accessed fewer than 3 courses within the subscription library
- You have completed less than 10% of content across all accessed courses
- The request is made within 7 calendar days of the subscription start date
3.3 Subscription Renewals
Subscription renewals are not eligible for refunds. To avoid unwanted charges:
- Cancel your subscription at least 24 hours before the next billing date

- Completed work phases are generally non-refundable

5. Non-Refundable Items and Services
The following items and services are not eligible for refunds under any circumstances:

If you experience persistent technical problems that prevent you from accessing course content, and our support team is unable to resolve the issue within 14 days:

- We may offer a full refund or complimentary access extension
6.2 Medical or Personal Emergencies
In cases of serious medical emergencies or significant personal hardships that prevent you from completing a course:

Grandfather Clause: If you purchased a course before a policy change, the refund terms in effect at the time of your purchase will apply to that specific transaction.
